The University accepts from recognized universities both local and international without segregation upon fulfilling the following requirements:

1. To be accepted, the transfered student should remain his/her study at least two years
2. The admitted, should pass all of his/her courses
3. Have only a difference of three courses compared to GSU curriculum for a specific degree program
4. The student has in good regular standing from accredited university and higher institutions
5. They have completed at least one year (two semesters).
6. Transferred students has a minimum of grade C (64% – 69%), and should be based on GSU grading policy.
