Global Science University
Global Science University (GSU) was established in 2014 as a higher education institution in Galkacyo, Puntland-Somalia. The university currently has four faculties; Faculty of Medicine (MBBS), Faculty of Health Sciences and Faculty of Information Technology (IT), two campuses, one teaching hospital (GMC), and School of Postgarudate studies. Our Strategic Plan (SP) for the next five (5) years spans long-term vision (2023-2028: Transforming GSU Academically Excellent and Research-driven University. With this regard, GSU intends to renovate into a research-driven university with the long-term vision to become one of the leading research-driven universities in Somalia and the prime choice university in Somalia by 2033. The university is devoted to providing excellent academic programs to its students with top-quality education and training at undergraduate and postgraduate level.

My name is Dr. Abdikafi Mohamed Farah. I am one of the graduates of Global Science University (GSU) in Galkayo, Class of December 2020. I am currently pursuing my specialization in ENT at Kampala International University (KIU) in Uganda.
I hold a deep and unforgettable appreciation for the university where I received my education. My time at GSU was filled with meaningful experiences and lasting memories. I believe today’s students are on a similar journey—one that will shape their future in remarkable ways.

I am currently pursuing a specialization in Surgery at Kampala International University.

GMC Hospital
GMC health care facility and teaching hospital of GLOBAL SCIENCE UNIVERSITY consists of an outpatient Clinic and a fully-equipped hospital with over 150 beds, 85 fulltime employees and 11 volunteers. Both of the clinic and hospital are situated within a compound of 6000 sq. meters of land.
International Telematic University UNINETTUNO
The International Telematic University UNINETTUNO, non-state telematic university, was established, authorized as per Ministerial Decree of the 17/04/2003. Telematic University UNINETTUNO was approved, published in the "Gazzetta Ufficiale - "Serie Generale nr. 109" of the 12/05/2005.The Statute the mission of UNINETTUNO is to carryon research, study and distance education activities in compliance with the criteria and requirements established in art. 4 of the Ministerial Decree of the 17/04/2003 and related technical annex;UNINETTUNO, in carrying on this mission, adopts the most effective initiatives, required to make accessible, on the distance mode, higher education, lifelong training and vocational retraining courses at national, Community and international level.
Bahir Dar University
Bahir Dar University is a public research university in Bahir Dar, capital of the Amhara Region, Ethiopia. The university, with two institutes in diploma programs until 1966, is credited to training distinguished scientists and notable public servants.BDU began offering bachelor's degree programs in 1966 and continues to expand its research and teaching in all fields and levels of study, including PhD programs. The official slogan of the university is "Wisdom at the source of the Blue Nile".
